Product Owner (AI & Enterprise Solution)

We're Hiring: Product Owner (4–8 Years)

Are you passionate about building innovative digital products and driving business value? We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered and enterprise software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and transform business ideas into scalable, impactful products.

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with stakeholders, engineering, UI/UX, QA, AI, and project management teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery. You will own the product backlog, create and refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Your ability to balance business goals with customer needs will play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• 4–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst with Product Ownership responsibilities.


• CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent Product Owner certification (Mandatory).


• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management best practices.


• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.


• Expertise in creating PRDs, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Experience managing multiple enterprise or SaaS products simultaneously.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.


• Experience mentoring or leading Business Analysts is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, or enterprise digital transformation projects.


• Exposure to API-driven products, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.


• Knowledge of UX principles, wireframing tools, product analytics, Agile metrics, and release management.
