what is CRED?
CRED is an exclusive community for India’s most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals, where the members are rewarded for good financial behaviour. CRED was born out of a need to bring back the focus on a long lost virtue, one of trust, the idea is to create a community centered around this virtue. a community that constantly strives to become more virtuous in this regard till they finally scale their behaviour to create a utopia where being trustworthy is the norm and not the exception. to build a community like this requires a community of its own; a community special in its own way, working towards making this vision come true.

here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join the team
what will you do?
- manage key partner relationships across a set of banks and FIs for existing as well as future products and services of CRED, for the set of clients managed
- lead relationships with a set of FIs with the aim of enhancing CREDs engagement and revenue drivers
- deepen existing client relationships and drive new product implementations, including building project plans, and tracking implementations as per these plans for any new products or partners
- expand charter by enabling new cross-sell partnerships with new partners, including scoping areas to work together, managing end to end enablement including onboarding documentation, empanelment with banking partners etc.
- manage relationships with product heads at banks, as well as working level teams
- drive operational excellence by driving resolution of operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on user experience
- be the principal point of contact for a set of FIs, with focus on driving delivery
- be an effective communicator who can form networks and make inroads into partner organizations
- be updated about the latest innovations & regulations that impacts CRED’s business
- be a bridge between partners and different teams within CRED including product, engineering, ops, infosec, legal etc.
- collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across teams including product, business finance, design, technology, etc, in order to ensure smooth execution of projects as and when required
- assist product, platform and operations teams in removing bottlenecks related to product development, deployment and operational challenges on a BAU basis, by leveraging influence with the relevant stakeholders of the banks
you should apply if you:
- possess a minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial institutions/fintechs in a product or a product led relationship management role
- have past success in delivering outcomes in an external stakeholder management and product role
- possess a strong bias for action with a long-term vision
- have a keen interest in the world of banking and payments
- have prior project management skills to be able to meticulously track initiatives, campaigns and programs across different stakeholders
