As a Product Process Team Member, you will be a key player in our Product-Support-Processes department, responsible for driving efficient and effective product support strategies. • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product features and requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.


• 2-4 years of experience in product support or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.


• Strong knowledge of product support processes and customer service best practices.
