Product Specialist

Do you want to join a top-tier team that promotes innovation and guarantees security globally? At nVent Management Company, you will take charge of the complete Product Life Cycle Process at all locations and for all product lines, making a meaningful contribution to our global operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Product Life Cycle Process across all sites and product lines.
• Proactively develop, refine, and successfully implement processes and tools to improve lifecycle efficiency.
• Lead and support sustaining NPI projects to extend product lifecycle and maintain portfolio competitiveness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, R&D, Sourcing, and other internal collaborators.
• Support Product Managers during new product launches and end-of-life (EOL) activities.
• Prepare portfolio analyses, reports, and business insights to support strategic decisions.
• Serve as the go-to expert for the Digital Infrastructure Team (PIM).
• Build and maintain accurate product-related information content.
• Coordinate monthly portfolio pruning using available product-mining tools.
• Support Product Management in adopting and implementing AI tools.

Qualifications

• A completed university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor) or an equivalent informative background in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Product Management, Digital Product Data, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with a proactive attitude toward managing tasks efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence without authority.
• Experience with digital tools such as PIM, DAM, or related systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
