Production Associate

Position: Production Associate

Qualification:- Diploma / B.E in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Production Engineering

Experience:- Fresher to 1 year of experience

Salary:- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day production activities to meet delivery schedules

- Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, and Logistics teams from sales order receipt to final delivery

- Ensure material availability as per production plan and sales orders

- Monitor production progress and proactively address delays or bottlenecks

- Maintain accurate production records and reports using ERP systems

- Use Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for reporting and coordination

- Plan dispatch activities with logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company SOPs

- Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and process optimization

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of production planning and control

- Hands-on experience with ERP software

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications

- Good coordination and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics operations
