About the Role

We're looking for Production Crew Members to join our content dream team! If you love being on set, thrive in the chaos of a good shoot day, and know your way around both a C-stand and a storyboard — we might just get along.

What you'll be doing:

Pre-Production

1. Ideate and build mood boards, visual references, storyboards & shortlists
   

2. Plan shoot budgets and hire the right crew or talent
   

3. Scout + recce locations, source props, and coordinate with equipment vendors
   

4. Prep like a pro
   

On Shoot

1. Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting, grip gear & audio (yes, all of it)
   

2. Style and design sets that look good
   

3. Brief crew and talent like a boss
   

4. Direct, shoot, assist — whatever it takes to get the shot
   

Post Production

1. Manage footage and shortlist clips like a neat freak
   

2. Work closely with editors to bring the story to life
   

Requirements

Non-negotiables:

1. You’ve got excellent technical knowledge, especially when it comes to lighting (we’ll test you)
   

2. You’re a shape-shifter: one day you’re shooting a quick iPhone reel, the next you're leading a full crew on a brand film
   

3. You caught the spelling error in this JD (hint: it’s in the “non-negotiables” section)
   

4. You actually understand trending formats on Instagram, YouTube, and beyond
   

5. You're a clear communicator and a strong collaborator
   

6. You can take feedback (and give it when something’s off) without flinching
