Production Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Production Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our herbal and nutraceutical production lines. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth manufacturing processes while maintaining compliance with GMP standards and consistently achieving quality, safety, and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations in accordance with batch production plans and SOPs.
• Ensure timely execution of production schedules while maintaining desired quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and calibration in line with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, R&D, and Supply Chain teams for seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate and complete batch manufacturing records (BMRs) to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Adhere to GMP, ISO, FSSAI, HACCP, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Train, guide, and oversee production staff, ensuring proper staffing levels and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Identify and implement process improvements to minimize downtime, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and CAPA execution.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials in collaboration with stores.
• Prepare and present production metrics, downtime analysis, and quality reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• 2–10 years of experience in production, preferably within herbal, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of herbal extract processing, spray drying, granulation, blending, and capsule/tablet manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of GMP, ISO, FSSAI guidelines, and regulatory documentation practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production monitoring tools.
