Production Head

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

• Prepare and execute production plans in line with market demands and inventory requirements.
  
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
  
• Oversee granulation, compression and coating operations.
  

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with MHRA, WHO -GMP, USFDA, and other regulatory bodies.
  
• Maintain audit readiness and support all regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal audits.

GMP & Quality Standards

• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP and SOPs across all production areas.
  
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and regulatory teams to address quality issues and CAPA implementation.
  

Team Management

• Lead and mentor production supervisors and line staff to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Train the team on production practices, documentation, and regulatory updates.

Continuous Improvement

• Implement lean manufacturing, process optimization, and cost -reduction initiatives.
  
• Lead investigations for deviations, OOS, and change controls.
  

Documentation

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation including BMRs, BPRs, logbooks, and validation protocols.
  

Safety & Hygiene

• Enforce workplace safety and personal hygiene practices across all production areas.
  
• Coordinate with the EHS team for regular audits and compliance.
