Job Description - Production Incharge

Job Description:

The Production Incharge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring optimal output, quality, and compliance with safety standards. This role involves managing manpower, coordinating between departments, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring machinery and resources are used efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Allocate manpower and monitor shift-wise performance.
Ensure quality standards and minimize rework or rejection.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
Maintain production reports and ensure data accuracy.
Monitor inventory of raw materials and consumables.
Enforce safety standards and 5S implementation on the shop floor.
Train and guide line supervisors and operators for continuous improvement.
