Minimum Qualification : BM/BE

Maximum Work Experience :3 -4 yearS

Job Type : Full Time Permanent

Salary : Rs. 25,000/ -

Skills Required : Proven experience in production/operations management.

Excellent professional communication (Email/Client handling).

Strong problem -solving skills under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead: Manage production schedules, resources, and staff.

Bridge: Act as the main interface between clients and the operations team.

Quality: Ensure 100% compliance with safety and quality standards.

Improve: Drive efficiency through Lean/process improvement.
