Production Manager

General Information

Relates to manufacturing products to meet customer demand, on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives. Includes capacity management, ramp up, organizing and running of all production resources, reconfiguration and phase out of production lines, and respective maintenance.

Your Key Responsibilities

1)Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.
2) Define the local processes and production targets, for all segments of the unit.
3)Coordinate optimum machine utilization and product scheduling for a number of related segments.
4) Direct the development and implementation of production plans, and allocate production resources.
5) Manage the segments assigned and lead dedicated Team Leaders and the various production teams and shifts.

Your Qualification

• BE Mechanical


• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Production, Maintenance with leading position.
