Production Manager

Hiring of production Manager in Gurugram High Fashion garments export house.

Candidates should have Positive attitude, willing to work, Collaborate with the team. Must Have Experience in Garment Export House. 

1) Chase Merchandising Manager for new orders.

2) Maintain Excel of new & running orders.

3) Communication with Merchandising Manager & sampling executive for the closure of the Fit, PP, Print / Embroidery/Embellishment approval.

4) Chase stores for the fabrics & accessories sourcing and purchase.

5) Chase Merchandising Manager & sampling Executive for the approved final patterns & tracings.

6) After receiving production details & file from Merchandising, please cross check all the consumptions. If any discrepancy is found, please discuss with sampling department & close immediately.

7) Do your complete R&D on the garment for the construction, embellishment & specs. Proceed only after you are very sure on accuracy of all aspects.

8) After fabrics & trims are in house, proceed for the embellishment followed by cutting, stitching finishing & packing.

9) Discuss the production procedure & flow with sampling department for the correct process flow.

10) After fabrics & trims are in house, proceed for the embellishment followed by cutting, stitching finishing & packing.

11) Make sure that prior to proceeding with bulk, initial 1 panel has been approved & signed by the concerned Merchandising Manager / Senior Merchandiser.

12) Plan the production with production coordinator, cutting in charge, Stitching In charge, finishing in charge & with production manager of General division for the hassle free distribution of the production capacities between both the divisions.

13) Plan the delivery & vessel / flight schedule with shipping department & make sure final packed goods are handed over to shipping department within allotted time frame.

14) Experience should be minimum 7-10 yrs.

15) salary package will be 35k to 50k.
