The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities:

Production-

• Execute the allotted job/machine operation as per work instruction under the guidance of supervisor/Manager.
• Pick up relevant jigs/fixtures/tools/equipment etc. Ensure the above are in good condition before using it.
• Work as per Work instruction/process sheets/drawings etc wherever applicable
• Follow the instruction of supervisor/manager.
• Preventive /Break down maintenance of machines/tools/jigs/fixtures
• Ability to perform daily tasks independently and proficiently, with a sound knowledge and the ability to independently handle exceptions in the workplace
• Hands-on experience, able to solve problems.
• Familiar with process flow, production equipment’s and material parts etc
• Working capability of operating Electro-mechanical or Automated assembly machines.
• Capable of working in ERP environment to enter production/Work order (Job card) related data’s, Quality data’s etc
• Operate equipment/machines and perform manual assembly in accordance with quality standards, process flow and customer order requirements

Quality-

• Keep inform the concerned quality personnel/supervisor about process rejections, finished goods rejection etc.
• Non-confirm items to be identified & handled separately.
• Work closely with quality personnel/supervisor to take corrective/preventive measures to overcome rejections in the process.
• Working exposure in ISO certified company

EHS

• Use Personal Protective Equipment wherever applicable.
• Follow the process as per EHS policy, wherever applicable.

Others

• Coordinating for inventory verification. tag counts /Audits.
• Participate in Kaizens /6S /shop floor continuous improvement activities etc
• Discipline and punctuality in the shop floor

Diploma in Mechatronics from NTTF/GTTC /any reputed Institute. Apprentice ship trained personnel desirable.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - 1-4 years

PREFARABLE INDUSTRY

Exposure in reputed Plastics Injection Molding, stamping & assembly of plastic parts in automation industry atmosphere

COMPETENCIES

Technical

Working knowledge of operation & maintenance of Electro-mechanical machines /Assembly automation

Should be from Mechanical/Automotive/Electrical/Plastics industry

Behavioural

      Productivity driven

      Follow procedures/SOP

      Discipline and punctuality in the shop floor     

      Result, action oriented & ability to operate independently
