Production Planning & Control Specialist (PPC)

This role
involves planning, monitoring, and coordinating production activities to ensure
compliance with project schedules, technical requirements, and delivery
targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
  
• Monitor production progress and update schedules
  
• Coordinate between production, engineering, procurement,
  warehouse, and quality teams
  
• Manage production orders and update data in the ERP system
  
• Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documents
  
• Monitor material availability and identify shortages or delays
  
• Prepare production reports and follow up on performance
  

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in production planning or PPC
  in an industrial environment
  
• Diploma or degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production
  Engineering
  
• Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal, or HVAC
  manufacturing - preferred
  
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  
• Experience working with BOMs and ERP systems
  
• Strong Excel skills
  
• Good written and spoken English
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  

Additional Notes

• Ability to work closely with the production floor
  
• Experience in large industrial projects - advantage
  
• Willingness to work at different project and production sites
  in India
