Production Shit Manager - Visakhapatnam

Experience : 12 To 15 Years in API Industry.

Qualification : B.Tech (Chemical ) / M.Sc (Chemistry) Regular Mode.

Designation : Currently should designated as Manager.

Age : 35 to 40

Note : Willing to Working in Shifts for next 2 to 3 Years.

Responsibilities & J.D.

·       Direct responsibility for Production of entire plant  &  co -ordination with other functions like Engineering, Quality, EHS  and overall Incharge of the plant back shifts. Key deliverables, meeting the set production targets while ensuring Safety, Quality, GMP adherence & upkeep of the plant & people. High  Energy & Passion to Achieve and lead a team of people while working in rotating shifts is essential .

·       Hands on experience of 12 -15 years working in a  API Production function of 250 – 300 KL Reaction volume with 70 -80 team size in shifts. Should have good  understanding /adherence of GMP norms . Knowledge of unit operations / key reactions and  handling of hazardous materials/ reactions  is essential

   Firsthand knowledge of handling Hazardous  Materials, MSDS, Critical Reactions including Hydrogenation,  Ability to manage team & achieve  set Production target for the shift, Unit operations knowledge, Multi product Environment,  Analytical ability &  with data based  decision making, Ability to interface with other functions

·       High Energy., Good Communication in Telugu / English ,  Ability to  connect with people, Administratively strong, Able  to lead a team of 70 – 80 people  in shifts.
