Position Summary 

Processing trailer and/or Featurettes files for language streams for all Clients. Maintaining 100% on-time delivery and an average quality record of 99.90%. 

Outcomes and Accomplishments 

As a Production Specialist Marketing, you are expected to: 

• Understanding the Work Request and processing the files as per the process requested. 

• Checking that files apply to language subtitles and conform to Deluxe guidelines, as well as client requirements and project instructions. 

• Coordinating with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to provide updates, clarify project and client requirements and request extensions as necessary.  

• Maintaining an average quality yield of nothing less than 99.90% throughout the year for all clients.  

• Ensuring 100% on-time delivery for all clients. 

• Updating the schedule and Extra Work List as work is completed. 

• Communicating clearly and effectively with internal and external clients.  

• Following department-specific schedules, procedures, and guidelines. 

• Escalating production and quality related issues to team leads and managers. 

• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external clients.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills across all levels (verbal, written)
