Production Staff

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Production Staff in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food production and processing activities according to established procedures.
  
• Prepare and handle ingredients safely while maintaining hygiene standards.
  
• Operate production equipment and basic food-processing tools as required.
  
• Monitor products during preparation and identify visible quality issues.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned production area.
  
• Follow food-safety, personal-hygiene, and workplace-safety procedures.
  
• Support packing, labeling, and movement of finished food products as required.
  
• Coordinate with supervisors and production team members to complete daily production targets.
  

Required Skills

1. Food Production: Practical understanding of routine food preparation and production activities.
   
2. Food Handling: Ability to handle ingredients and finished products hygienically.
   
3. Hygiene & Sanitation: Knowledge of maintaining clean production surfaces, tools, and work areas.
   
4. Quality Checking: Ability to identify basic product-quality or processing issues.
   
5. Workplace Safety: Ability to follow safety instructions while working with production equipment and food-processing activities.
   

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of food-safety practices.
  
• Experience working in a food-production environment.
  
• Familiarity with packing, labeling, or production-line activities.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 1–3 years of work experience. Experience in food making, food processing, production, packing, or a related production environment is relevant to this position.

Education

• Minimum: Typical requirement — school-level education / relevant vocational qualification
  
• Preferred: Typical — food production or related vocational training
  
• Additional: Food-safety or hygiene training is advantageous
