Production Supervisor

1. Production Planning & Efficiency

o   Achieve
daily production quantities as per the approved production plan.

o   Monitor
actual production against planned production and take corrective action for
shortfalls.

o   Ensure
optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials and production resources.

o   Coordinate
with relevant departments to resolve production-related issues and maintain
smooth operations.

o   Achieve 100% of the planned production, with minimum acceptable performance as
defined by the KPI.

2. Quality & Complaint
Control

o   Monitor
production processes to ensure products meet defined quality standards.

o   Identify
and control quality deviations at the production stage.

o   Minimize
product quality complaints and work toward zero product quality complaints.

o   Coordinate
with Quality and other concerned teams for root-cause analysis and corrective
actions.

3. Reporting & Operational
Discipline

o   Ensure
the production log sheet is submitted by 9:00 AM on the next day.

o   Ensure
the maintenance log is submitted by 10:00 AM as required.

o   Maintain
accurate production and operational records.

o   Identify
deviations, pending tasks and follow-up requirements.

o   Ensure
timely closure of assigned actions and avoid missed reporting deadlines.

4. Safety & Housekeeping

o   Ensure
compliance with all workplace safety rules and procedures.

o   Monitor
the safety of employees as well as contractor personnel working under the
production area.

o   Maintain
a zero-accident and zero-safety-violation environment.

o   Ensure
machinery and plant areas are properly cleaned and maintained.

o   Conduct
regular checks for unsafe conditions and housekeeping deficiencies and take
immediate corrective action.

5. Machinery & Equipment
Maintenance

o   Monitor
machinery and equipment condition during production

o   Execute
the preventive maintenance activities as per the defined schedules.

o   Take
timely action with predictive and corrective maintenance activities to prevent
breakdowns production losses and to reduce maintenance costs.

o   Ensure
breakdowns or equipment damage caused by inadequate attention or preventive
maintenance failure are reduced. 

o   Maintain
proper communication and follow-up on maintenance-related issues.
