Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the
job

·         Assign job to operators and maintain the Daily
Assembly Report          

·         Responsible for Man power & Machine planning, Utilisation
and Assembly line TAKT Efficiency     

·         Schedule Assembly sequence to meet OTS Targets

·         Co -ordinate for On the job training for New and
Existing operators     

·         Responsible for maintaining the 5S in Shop floor    

·         Analysis and Improvement in PDI Reworks   

·         Responsible for ensuring proper handling material
in the shop floor    

·         Maintain Inventory accuracy in Assembly shop

• Hands on experience in
  implementing SOP, Poka -yoke, Kaizen and Abnormality management.
  
• Knowledge
  of vehicle systems (Technical know -how of the products)
