Production Support Engineer

The Job

Digiboxx.com – India’s 1st storage & asset management platform is looking for Senior Production Support Engineer. Your responsibilities will include handling production support team members 2-10. You should be able to deliver SLAs.You should be able to give support to customers as well as the technical team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {{such as Laravel, Yii, etc depending on your technology stack}}

• Good knowledge of SQL and related databases, with a preference for those with MySQL experience.

• Excellent knowledge of the basic PHP 7 or web server exploits along with their solutions.

• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds

• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc

• Experience building or maintaining a CMS.

• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules

• Make design and technical decisions for AngularJS projects

• Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript Dom manipulation Techniques

• Hand on and implements complex React JS workflows,Components, AngularJS applications, directives, controllers, services

• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid)

• Designing and creating RESTful APIs for internal and partner consumption

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

• Coordinating with the backend team to complete the integration process

• Using the latest frontend technologies to develop applications communicated from the client-side

• Experience of developing and designing front end website architecture

• Ensure front end code is able to query APIs

• Identify issues with front end code and rectify them to remove bugs.

• Audit code to identify bottlenecks of performance and fixing them

• Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Front End Technologies

• Consulting and coordinating with the Design team to create responsive visuals for the web application

• Follows program module test procedures, generates required test data, and executes testing procedures, works with functional users to diagnose problems encountered during testing and provide production support.

• Knowledge of designing user interactions on web pages

• Good experience in developing Node.js applications on top of REST APIs, SQL

• Knowledge in popular ReactJS workflows

• Experience building REST APIs and have good knowledge of REST design patterns

• Have working experience on code management using GitHub code repository

• Experience with deployment activities, Jenkins deployment scripting, quality code review and optimization

• Providing technical support to the team members

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience in both ReactJS and AngularJS, PHP and Python Django Framework is a required skill

• Minimum 7+ years of work experience in Angular, ReactJS, PHP and Python Django Framework

• Work experience as a Python Developer

• 4-5+ years’ experience of Python coding skills with the Django framework

• 2+ years’ experience developing Angular JS applications into production

• 4+ years hands on experience with the PHP

• High level of knowledge around the ReactJS Framework, Angular framework and JavaScript.
