Job Title: Database Administrator (Oracle / SQL Server)

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Shift: Rotational Shifts (24×7) – 2 PM to 11 PM / 4 PM to 1 AM / 6 PM to 3 AM
 
Job Description
We are looking for a technically strong Database Administrator with hands-on experience in Oracle and SQL Server environments. The ideal candidate should have solid technical fundamentals, the ability to work across multiple technologies, and a good understanding of database administration practices.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Oracle and SQL Server databases across multiple environments.
Write and optimize SQL queries (mandatory).
Perform routine DBA tasks, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and troubleshooting.
Work on both Windows and Linux operating systems (mandatory).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve database-related issues.
Support production systems during rotational shifts as part of a 24×7 environment.

Required Skills
B.Tech / B.E / MCA graduates.
Strong conceptual knowledge of Oracle databases.
Hands-on experience with Oracle & SQL Server Administration.
Proficiency in writing SQL queries (mandatory).
Exposure to Windows and Linux platforms (mandatory).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) is an added advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred / Good to Have
Certifications in Oracle, Azure, SQL Server, or AWS.
Understanding of the Healthcare domain (Payer & Provider workflows).
