<p>Our client is a leading global cards and payments firm, currently looking for a skilled cards marketing professional to work with their banking clients in India. The focus of the role is to help drive activation of new cards customers as well as ongoing and increased usage of existing customers.<br/><br/>The focus will be on the credit cards proposition but also cover the objective of encouraging retail customer to use debit cards instead of other payment methods such as UPI. Therefore, this position is critical to the overall growth strategy of their client cards businesses.<br/><br/><b>Key Management:</b><br/><br/>- Understand Portfolio initiatives and priorities<br/><br/>- Create program framework for activation, engagement, retention - identifying focus groups based on product types and customer segments and define target segments<br/><br/>- Provide support to create and operationalize the campaign design and delivery framework in conjunction with Client's cross-functional teams, including communication mix design and channel attribution<br/><br/>- Support in monitoring effectiveness of campaign and establish communication protocols with key stakeholder groups, including establishing effective feedback loops<br/><br/>- Driving offer communication by optimizing messaging and channel mix<br/><br/>- Designing of Client's Campaigns, supporting execution and overseeing the performance to ensure desired impact <br/><br/>- Set up review and monitoring framework for program performance before, during and after campaign period<br/><br/><b>Client Management:</b><br/><br/>- Manages projects owning all client deliverables and all client discussions in the project <br/><br/>- Stakeholder management and communication<br/><br/>- Co-ordinate cross functional teams<br/><br/><b>KPIs:</b><br/><br/>- Activation of new credit card customers<br/><br/>- Increased credit card usage/transactions<br/><br/>- Increased debit card transactions<br/><br/>- Increased retention of existing card customers<br/><br/>- Increased awareness of incentives, benefits and value adds offered by card A bachelor's degree/ post-graduate qualification in marketing <br/><br/>- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience managing multiple parallel running marketing campaigns<br/><br/>- Experience in credit card/debit card portfolio/campaign management within a payments/cards/banking business<br/><br/>- Stakeholder management, project management and collaboration skills. <br/><br/>- Understanding of current marketing trends. <br/><br/><b>This is a 6-to-12-month contractual opportunity. There are two project locations for this role - Mumbai and Chennai. The selected consultant would be required to be based out of either one of these locations</b></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
