We are seeking a dynamic Professional Sales Manager (PSM) – RTFx to drive growth in Trade and Forex solutions within the assigned region. This role focuses on acquiring and managing clients with international trade requirements, offering tailored foreign exchange and trade finance solutions to meet their business needs. You will be responsible for expanding the client base, deepening existing relationships, and delivering value through structured Trade & Forex offerings. The role requires strong market understanding, client engagement skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end sales cycles in a fast-paced banking or financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new clients with import/export and foreign exchange requirements
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of Trade & Forex clients to maximize revenue
• Offer customized solutions across trade finance, remittances, forex hedging, and related services
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking and financial products
• Build strong relationships with SME, corporate clients, and business owners involved in international trade
• Monitor market trends, currency movements, and global trade developments to advise clients effectively
• Ensure timely execution of transactions while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and treasury for smooth deal closure
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting metrics
• Drive client engagement through regular meetings, reviews, and proactive service delivery

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in Trade Finance, Forex Sales, or related financial services roles
• Strong understanding of international trade products, foreign exchange markets, and risk management
• Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management
• Ability to understand client business needs and provide tailored financial solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to trade and forex
• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively
• Analytical thinking with awareness of market trends and currency dynamics
