## \nCompany:\n\nQualcomm India Private Limited\n\n## Job Area:\n\nOperations Group, Operations Group \u003e Program Analyst\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nAssists with program development and implementation through managing processes, procedures, and tools that improve efficiencies. A Program Analyst coordinates across teams and monitors timelines, budgets, risks, and priorities to achieve program progress. Typically, a program needing a Program Analyst will be of significant size and will require expertise related to the development of project management mechanisms.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Associate\u0027s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. \nOR \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of relevant work experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\n\n\u2022 2+ years of experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining program plans or related experience. \n\u2022 1+ year of experience with program management tools.\n\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities: \n\u2022 Coordinates with third-parties and/or internal customers on small-scale programs to assess resources, track progress, communicate program status updates, and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines. \n\u2022 Prepares agendas for review board meetings under close guidance of the Program Manager and documents discussion points, project plan changes, and stakeholder needs. \n\u2022 Contributes to and updates project plans to support Program Managers or Leads on small programs under supervision that include priorities, timelines, critical tasks, stakeholder identification for each task, and forecasted resource allocation. \n\u2022 Collects and reports basic budget data. \n\u2022 Tracks the progress and execution of routine deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. \n\u2022 Communicates, coordinates, and escalates changes in project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to stakeholders. \n\u2022 Collects and delivers data and program metrics using basic tools (e.g., macros, pivot tables, charts, graphs). \n\u2022 Delivers data and simple reports to Program Manager. \n\u2022 Uses appropriate planning processes, tools, and methods, and provides feedback to the Program Manager.\n\nLevel of Responsibility: \n\u2022 Working under close supervision. \n\u2022 Taking responsibility for own work and making decisions with limited impact; impact of decisions is readily apparent; errors made typically only impact timeline (i.e., require additional time to correct). \n\u2022 Using verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information about day-to-day activities to others who are fully knowledgeable in the subject area. \n\u2022 Completing most tasks with multiple steps which must be performed in a specific order; directions or manuals can accurately document the steps necessary to perform the task. \n\u2022 Exercising some creativity to troubleshoot technical problems or deal with novel circumstances. \n\u2022 Limited problem solving required, generally in the nature of troubleshooting simple processes or technology.\n\nThe responsibilities of this role do not include: \n\u2022 Providing supervision/guidance to others. \n\u2022 Budgetary accountability. \n\u2022 Influence over key organizational decisions. \n\u2022 Role in strategic planning.\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
