Additionally, NSRCEL has partners with corporates like Goldman Sachs, ICICI Securities, Maruti Suzuki, Capgemini and Kotak Mahindra Bank among others to support entrepreneurs in focused sectors like mobility, fintech, and social entrepreneurship.
About the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women
Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women is a one-of-its-kind program that provides women entrepreneurs with a holistic approach to enable them to grow and scale their businesses. The program in the last cohorts has impacted hundreds of women entrepreneurs across the country by providing them with relevant education and mentorship to grow and scale their ventures. These entrepreneurs represent all the major industries including apparel and design, e-commerce, retail, education, F&B, information technology, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and media to name a few. The program has an alumni base of 2800+ women strong and growing.
Position Summary
NSRCEL is looking for a highly motivated professional to support the execution and growth of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program. The role involves working closely with women entrepreneurs, mentors, faculty members, industry experts, and ecosystem partners to deliver a high-quality learning and mentoring experience.
Broad Responsibilities
Program Execution
⸠Drive day-to-day program operations and ensure all milestones are met on schedule.
⸠Coordinate scheduling of mentoring sessions, workshops, and networking events end-to-end.
⸠Manage participant onboarding, ongoing communication, and query resolution.
⸠Any other aspects of founder support in general, not limited to the program.
Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management
⸠Liaise with entrepreneurs, mentors, faculty, speakers, and ecosystem partners to ensure seamless delivery.
⸠Build and nurture relationships that enhance participant experience and long-term program impact.
Data, Events & Strategic Projects
⸠Prepare reports, presentations, and program updates for internal and external stakeholders.
⸠Collect, analyse, and report on participant feedback, engagement data, and impact metrics.
⸠Maintain program databases, records, and documentation with precision.
⸠Curate and execute program events, manage logistics and stakeholder communication.
⸠Lead special projects and contribute to improving processes and engagement strategies to support overall founder engagement.
Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution. Background in entrepreneurship, innovation, or business is a plus.
Experience: Up to 2 years in program management, startup ecosystems, incubation, consulting, or community management.
Preferred: Direct experience working with founders, startups, or entrepreneurial communities.
