Program Coordinator

Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 350000 (ie INR 3-3.5 LPA)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with school leadership teams—including principals, coordinators, and teachers—to understand requirements and relay them to internal content and operations teams to ensure delivery of customized curriculum, lesson plans, events, training, and other program elements.
• Create and maintain school profiles, class schedules, progress trackers, project reports, educator journals, attendance records, and platform-related documentation.
• Manage program learning resources, materials, props, and any other class-related assets provided by internal teams or school authorities.
• Contribute to planning, organizing, executing, and coordinating events and activities across school locations and external environments.
• Oversee the administration of assessments to evaluate program impact and effectiveness.
• Review, discuss, and document program progress with educators, content teams, program managers, and school stakeholders in alignment with timelines and formats.
• Independently deliver value education programs as an educator when required.
• Maintain regular communication and collaboration with students, educators, and school management teams.

Qualification Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience or strong understanding of Values Education, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Character Education, Psychology, or Counselling is preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with school stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the city for school visits and program execution.
• Prior experience in the education sector in a similar role is preferred.
