We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Manager – Leadership & Organizational Development to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building high-performance cultures, driving leadership capability, and shaping organizational strategy through scalable HR programs. You will play a key role in identifying leadership development needs, designing interventions, aligning talent strategy with business goals, and collaborating with key stakeholders across functions.

As a critical partner to senior HR and business leaders, you will work across multiple domains — including learning & development, change management, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness — to ensure the organization is set up for scalable and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Development:
    • Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs tailored to high-potential talent and mid-to-senior-level leaders.
    • Partner with business leaders to identify gaps and create targeted development pathways using a mix of digital, experiential, and instructor-led learning.
    • Build leadership competency frameworks aligned to business goals and company culture.
  • Organizational Development (OD):
    • Drive org design and transformation initiatives, including structural redesign, change readiness, and cultural alignment.
    • Conduct org health diagnostics and create action plans to enhance productivity, collaboration, and engagement.
    • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and interventions for functional teams and leadership cohorts.
  • HRBP Collaboration:
    • Partner with HR Business Partners to align people strategy with business priorities.
    • Provide support and guidance on change management, workforce planning, and team effectiveness initiatives.
    • Act as a consultative advisor for business leaders to support organizational performance and talent outcomes.
  • Program Management & Strategy:
    • End-to-end ownership of leadership and OD programs – from design, budget planning, vendor coordination to execution and impact measurement.
    • Track KPIs, provide data-driven insights, and continuously iterate programs to ensure alignment with evolving organizational needs.
    • Benchmark best practices in talent development and bring in innovative solutions that create a competitive advantage.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–9 years of relevant experience in program management, talent development, OD, or HRBP roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing leadership development or organizational development initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and consultative skills.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business needs into talent and organizational strategies.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Exposure to change management, competency frameworks, and succession planning is a plus.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field is preferred.
