Program Management Consultant

Ensure all required release activities are on time, on track, and accounted for through our documented release workflows Keep stakeholders up to date on multiple releases Organize and run cross-functional status meetings with efficiency Communicate with stakeholders to escalate and remove impediments and manage risk Own the processes for your products and be willing to assist others as necessary Coordinate planning activities and the documentation of process changes Lead change management processes and activities to ensure timely decisions Backup or run at least one non-release project or program Monitor Jira issues and enforce Jira standards Facilitate conversations and workshops, both planned and ad hoc Generate and share meeting notes, including key decisions, action items, and escalations Ensure action items from meetings are tracked to closure Report on project and release statuses Maintain all necessary documentation High level of organization and attention to detail Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems Ability to motivate others Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree 4+ years working with Jira and Confluence or equivalent Experience working with software development teams and management 2+ years as a Jira Administrator Experience with Agile project management or Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban It's about showing up as you are and working alongside some of today's most talented industry leaders to transform the world around you.
