We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Program Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead, manage, and scale multi-functional programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in program management, program development, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to translate organizational objectives into structured, high-impact programs.
Role Overview
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end programs that align with business goals, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational growth. You will collaborate with leadership, functional heads, and external partners to build program frameworks, define success metrics, manage timelines, and ensure seamless delivery. Your ability to anticipate risks, optimize processes, and drive accountability will be crucial to the success of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Development
Design, develop, and implement scalable programs that align with organizational strategy and long-term goals.
Conduct needs assessments, feasibility studies, and benchmarking to identify program opportunities and improvements.
Develop detailed program charters, roadmaps, and documentation outlining scope, milestones, resources, and KPIs.
Innovate and refine program development methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and impact.
Program Management & Execution
Lead end-to-end program lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
Implement project governance, communication protocols, and reporting structures to ensure transparency and alignment.
Track program progress, manage risks, and take corrective actions to maintain delivery excellence.
Ensure programs comply with organizational standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements (if applicable).
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate regular communication through updates, dashboards, presentations, and reviews.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment and secure necessary resources for program success.
Build and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and consultants as needed.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Establish program metrics and OKRs to monitor progress and outcomes.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify insights and improvement areas.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, recommending process enhancements, and sharing best practices.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize program design and delivery.
