About the role:

We are looking for a Program Manager to drive large -scale, cross -functional programs across Product, Engineering, QA, Salesforce, and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex SaaS programs, tight delivery timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in a high -growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive end -to -end program delivery across multiple teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Salesforce, DevOps).
Manage large, complex programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and milestones.
Create and maintain program plans, RAID logs, timelines, and execution dashboards.
Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and proactively unblock teams.
Work closely with Product Managers to align roadmap priorities with execution.
Drive release planning, sprint coordination, and go -to -market readiness.
Ensure adherence to Agile / SAFe / Scrum best practices.
Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Support process improvements to enhance predictability, velocity, and quality.
Partner with Salesforce, integration, and platform teams for enterprise -grade releases.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Program / Technical Program / Delivery Management
Strong experience managing SaaS or cloud -based products
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC
Experience working with:

Product Management
Engineering & QA teams
Salesforce / CRM platforms
API & integration -heavy systems

Strong skills in:

Stakeholder management
Risk & dependency management
Execution and delivery governance

Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar
Excellent communication and leadership skills
