Job Description - Program Manager

Program Manager oversees a portfolio of related projects, coordinating cross -functional teams, resources, and budgets to achieve long -term strategic business goals. They bridge the gap between high -level strategy and execution, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure maximum ROI and organizational value.

Requirements

Program Lifecycle Management: Ensure the successful launch and execution of new programs, from product design to manufacturing.
Cross -Functional Leadership: Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including Engineering, Finance, Quality, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding project status, technical changes, and product quality.
Schedule & Budget Adherence: Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Engineering Changes: Direct, review, and approve product design changes and manage the impact of these changes on cost and timing.
Problem Solving: Proactively address program bottlenecks (e.g., tooling delays, manufacturing issues) and develop solutions

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive preferred).
Experience: 5 -8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or project management.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, product development, and project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
