Program Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to coordinate between the IIT Jodhpur and Masai teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth program execution by managing day-to-day coordination, handling documentation, resolving stakeholder queries, and providing operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between IIT Jodhpur and the Masai team.


• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.


• Verify and manage student and program-related documentation.


• Handle queries from students, faculty, and internal teams in a timely manner.


• Support onboarding, program operations, and administrative activities.


• Track program progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.


• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.


• Escalate issues proactively and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.


• Attention to detail with good documentation skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.


• Prior experience in the EdTech or education sector is a plus.
