The Program Manager will coordinate and execute
academic programmes, events, and institutional initiatives at RSPL, ensuring
timely delivery, operational excellence, and an outstanding learner experience.
The role requires close collaboration with faculty, students, and
cross-functional teams across the university.

•      Develop and implement
programme plans aligned with institutional goals.

•      Manage multiple
programmes, events, and academic activities simultaneously.

•      Coordinate with
faculty and university departments for seamless execution.

•      Monitor programme
timelines, budgets, logistics, and documentation.

•      Track programme
performance and prepare reports and presentations for leadership.

•      Undergraduate degree
or higher in any discipline.

•      2–3 years of
experience in programme coordination, project management, or a similar role.

•      Excellent written and
verbal communication skills.

•      Strong
organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.

•      Proficiency in
Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

•      Ability to work
independently and in teams.

•      Attention to detail
with strong problem-solving skills.

•      Comfort working in a
fast-paced academic environment.
