About the Role

We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead and scale large engagement campaigns across influencer marketing, social impact and brand collaborations. You’ll be managing teams, partners, influencers and program workflows ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time and with impact. The ideal candidate brings a mix of BPO or operations team leadership experience, campaign sensibility, and a people-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end campaign workflows
• Manage team leads, program associates, and outreach staff across multiple campaigns Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner organizations and collaborators Coordinate with influencers for social impact, advocacy, or branded content campaigns
• Supervise day-to-day team activity and provide regular mentoring and performance feedback
• Identify training needs and build systems to improve execution, communication, and reporting
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for campaign tracking
• Serve as the communication bridge between The Vibes Network, partners, and campaign stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management or operations (BPO/NGO/campaigns preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large or distributed teams Understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media trends
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus) Strong organizational skills and comfort with data tracking/reporting
• Experience in education, youth engagement, or social impact campaigns is a bonus Creative problem solver who thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment
