Job Description - Program Manager Content Operations (Overseas)

Job Title: Program Manager – Content Operations (Overseas)

Role & Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end coordination of workflows between Mastering and Localisation teams to support client deliverables.
Manage program timelines, dependencies, and milestones across multiple workstreams.
Align operational execution with inputs from US Operations and Sales teams.
Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to review program status, priorities, and risks.
Communicate operational updates, delivery timelines, and service performance to stakeholders and clients.
Capture client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs.
Maintain risk, dependency, and escalation logs.
Escalate and manage critical issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare weekly and monthly program status reports and performance dashboards.
Provide operational visibility to leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in program or project management within operational environments.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
Experience in content workflows, localisation processes, or knowledge management environments is preferred.
