Program Manager (Delivery), 8-16 years

Job Description

• Responsible for managing multiple projects - planning, executing, monitoring and controlling projects to successful closure


• Work closely with Sales to  ensure Account growth and contribute to solutioning & pre-sales


• Forecast capacity and resource allocation and provide management with needed data


• Effectively identify and manage risks and issues in the project


• Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations


• Accountable for all project deliverables and managing the project team


• Streamlining project management process and ensure project management adherence


• Adopt a mobile specific project execution methodology, identify best practices and continuously improve and lead process innovation

Desired Skills

• 8-16 + years of experience preferably working in a large Systems Integrator


• Strong understanding of Project profitability  &  success metrics


• Should have Delivery Management experience with multiple PMs reporting on Delivery


• Should have strong experience in end-to-end IT project management


• Should have worked on global projects with distributed teams spread across various timezones


• Deep commitment to supporting the business which includes flexibility to work off hours when needed


• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Should have a proven ability to present information to all levels of management


• Appreciation for data integrity, process definition and organization alignment


• Highly motivated, self-starter and ability to drive results


• Able to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities
