This role is critical to improving execution predictability, on time delivery, and throughput across complex, multi site programs. \nThis opportunity is ideal for a candidate with strong program leadership, systems thinking, and change management capability, who is passionate about driving enterprise level execution excellence.\" \n\"Key Responsibilities \nCCPM Deployment \u0026 Execution \n\u2022 Lead the end to end deployment of CCPM across Electrical Sector programs and portfolios in the Americas. \n\u2022 Standardize and embed CCPM practices (buffer management, resource synchronization, flow based execution). \n\u2022 Provide schedule-informed recommendations to Program Managers throughout project execution. \n\u2022 Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. \n\u2022 Partner with program teams to improve schedule reliability and delivery performance. \nPortfolio Governance \n\u2022 Establish portfolio level CCPM governance, metrics, and review mechanisms. \n\u2022 Drive consistent buffer health reporting and execution transparency for leadership reviews. \n\u2022 Highlight systemic constraints and enable data based prioritization and decision making. \nCross Functional Leadership \n\u2022 Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and PMO teams to remove execution bottlenecks. \n\u2022 Align CCPM with existing Lean, CI, and PMO frameworks. \n\u2022 Act as a thought partner to leadership on recovery plans and execution risks. \nChange Management \u0026 Capability Building \n\u2022 Coach and mentor program and project managers on CCPM principles and application. \n\u2022 Develop training, playbooks, templates, and digital enablement to scale adoption. \n\u2022 Drive mindset shift from traditional scheduling to flow based, constraint focused execution.\" \n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBachelor\u2019s/ Master Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution required \n12+ years of experience in Program Management; or a combination of Program Management with some Engineering and/or Product Development Management \n \n \n\n\n## Skills:\n\n\u2022 Practical experience with Critical Chain Project Management or constraint based execution models \n\u2022 Proven Leadership skills - capability to lead change across multiple sites and customers globally. \n\u2022 Fully demonstrating to proficient in Program and Project Management methodologies, processes and tools\" \n\"\u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills \u2013 both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and customer \n\u2022 Strong analytical skills and business acumen \n\u2022 Broad knowledge of the Electrical industry\"\n
