<p>Designation and Profile : Program Manager- IT Projects<br/><br/>Job description :<br/><br/>- Responsible for developing and directing IT project management operations and strategic planning to meet organization goals with both customer and internal focus <br/><br/>- Provide overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes and tools used for effective project delivery <br/><br/>- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.<br/><br/>- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.<br/><br/>- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.<br/><br/>- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.<br/><br/>- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.<br/><br/>- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with Program requirements, deadlines, and schedules.<br/><br/>- Develop, Monitor Achieve the project KPIs<br/><br/>- Deployment of Manpower as per client/Program requirement<br/><br/>- Meeting with Project team members to identify and resolve issues.<br/><br/>- Ensuring Program deliverables and adherence to reporting quality standards.<br/><br/>- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.<br/><br/>- Establishing effective Program communication plans and ensuring their execution.<br/><br/>- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.<br/><br/>- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.<br/><br/>- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.<br/><br/>- Ensuring high service standards for clients<br/><br/>Role & responsibilities :<br/><br/>Preferred candidate profile :<br/><br/>- Establish Methodologies to set productivity and quality targets and to assess results for all projects<br/><br/>- Respond to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinate solutions<br/><br/>- Coordinate with various functional heads to identify digital solutions and lead the creation of such programs <br/><br/>- Coordinate with teams with customer touchpoints (Cabin Crew, Customer Experience, Commercial) to develop programs aimed to solve for customer issues and needs <br/><br/>- Monitor and analyze project metrics to identify weakness or problems and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects<br/><br/>- Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones<br/><br/>- Full project life cycle ownership; successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously<br/><br/>- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities<br/><br/>- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings<br/><br/>- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization<br/><br/>- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs<br/><br/>- Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
