Program Manager Operations

Role Objective

To lead district -level strategy and execution, ensure performance against targets, manage

stakeholder relationships, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation across assigned districts.
  
• Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops
  
• Drive beneficiary onboarding and engagement targets
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews and monitoring
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with district/state government stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with reporting timelines and quality standards
  
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective strategies
  
• Represent Rocket Learning in district -level meetings
  
  

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

• 2+ years of experience in operations, education programs, or development sector
  
• Experience in stakeholder management and team supervision
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills
  
• Proficiency in data tracking and performance management
  
• Willingness to travel extensively
  
• Fluency in Punjabi (spoken and written) – Mandatory
