Program Manager \u2013 Operations and Planning\n\nStrategic Planning:\n\n * Support overall planning by coordinating inputs gathering, timelines development, and deliverables alignment.\n * Develop high-level business objectives into actionable plans, priorities with roadmaps.\n * Drive alignment across teams to ensure shared understanding of goals, scope, and success criteria.\n * Support leadership through defining program structure, milestones, dependencies and trade-offs.\n * Proactively manage interdependencies across workstreams and teams to drive seamless execution.\n\n\n\nGovernance:\n\n * Establish and maintain program governance mechanisms such as reviews, checkpoints, and decision forums\n * Ensure decisions, actions, and commitments are clearly documented and tracked to closure\n * Escalate project risks, issues, in a timely and structured manner with recommendation for contingency plans.\n\n\n\nStakeholder Management \u0026 Communication:\n\n * Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on expectations\n * Drive cross-functional meeting as a central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders and priorities\n * Proactively communicate with stakeholders ensuring alignment on deliverables.\n\n\n\nProcess Improvement:\n\n * Identify opportunities to improve planning, execution, and governance processes.\n * Capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement across programs.\n * Support adoption of best practices for execution discipline and operational rigor.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualification:\n\n * 6-8 years of experience in program management, strategy, or operations within the semiconductor, electronics, deep\u2011tech or associated industry\n * Proven ability to manage cross\u2011functional, multi\u2011geography programs involving engineering, sales, policy, finance, and operations teams\n * Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership, external partners, government bodies, and industry associations\n * Ability to structure ambiguous initiatives into clear programs with milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field; Master\u2019s or MBA \n * High degree of ownership, adaptability, and strategic curiosity\n * Comfortable navigating ambiguity, scale, and cultural differences\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\nDay (India)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
