Responsibilities
ï· Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
ï· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
ï· Coordinate and communicate project objectives, expectations, and deliverables to team members and stakeholders.
ï· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
ï· Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
ï· Collaborate with cross -functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
ï· Conduct project reviews and post -implementation evaluations to identify areas of improvement and lessons learned.
ï· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
ï· Foster and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate Software developers and testers
ï· Ensure organizational key performance indicators for developers and testers are identified, tracked, and reported (for onsite, remote and hybrid workers)
ï· Convene meetings and plan agenda to ensure important issues are aired and resolved.
ï· Provide continuous feedback for direct reports through regular one -on -one meetings
ï· Plan, document, manage and evaluate staff performance, or contribute to evaluation by their managers.
ï· Contribute to training need Identification for less skilled professionals and help in their mentoring and training.Qualification
ï· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
ï· Project Management Certification ie PMI, PMP (Mandatory)
ï· PM Tools (JIRA/Confluence)
Skills & Experience
ï· 7 -12 years of overall experience with at least 3 -9 years of Project Management Experience
ï· MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
ï· Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP Project Management
ï· Experience in managing implementation of modules like FICO, SCM, CRM, HRMS, etc across any industry vertical.
ï· Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
ï· Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices preferred.
ï· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
ï· 3+ years of professional Scrum Master experience
ï· Experience in onsite, remote and virtual team management.
ï· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
ï· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
ï· Strong problem -solving and decision -making abilities.
ï· Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
