Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Design and Development

• Develop teaching-learning materials and practices based on field realities and the principle of integrating local community practices (e.g., weaving, agriculture, traditional crafts) into the mainstream curriculum.
• Conduct independent observations of classrooms and trainings to ensure the effective implementation of program content.

2. Data Analytics & Impact Measurement

• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to accurately measure learning outcomes and identify gaps in implementation.
• Generate comprehensive reports for both internal learning and external communication purposes (e.g., donor reporting).

3. Training & Capacity Building

• Assist in the planning and delivery of teacher training sessions focused on pedagogy, classroom management, and effective assessment strategies.
• Facilitate peer learning forums and reflective practice workshops for educators.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of teaching experience is required, preferably in alternative or innovative pedagogy environments.

Requisite Skills:

• Experience in curriculum design, teacher training, or educational program management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of progressive teaching-learning methods and experiential learning principles.
• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage and interpret data for decision-making.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; a working knowledge of Bengali is desirable.
