Program Officer/Senior Program Officer

• Collaborate with state leads and provide technical support to the Department of Agriculture, Govt. of Rajasthan in deploying AI -enabled solutions.
  
• Maintain regular communication with government officials to ensure smooth project management and timely reporting.
  
• Contribute to establishing innovative ecosystems for scalable Agriculture solutions, ensuring continuity..
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and foster a supportive environment for AI implementation.
  
• Capacity Building: Conduct and facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance skills in AI applications.
  
• Hands -On Support and Troubleshooting: Provide direct support and troubleshoot challenges during AI usage.
  
• Coordinate with internal staff and consultants to ensure effective project implementation.
  
• Willingness to travel within the state or nationally, as required.
  
• Document project outcomes, successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s in Agriculture Science, Rural Development,Agri -Business, or Technology Management preferred.
  
• 2–6 years of experience in the agriculture sector, particularly within government systems, with a focus on digital Agriculture and AI initiatives.
  
• Exposure to AI -enabled advisory platforms, digital extension services, or agricultural innovation ecosystems.
  
• Deep knowledge of agricultural implementation, including crop production, pest management, and farmer advisory systems.
  
• Experience in digital agriculture, AgTech deployments, or government -led development programs.
  
• Familiarity with Rajasthan's agricultural landscape and state -specific programs.
  
• Fluency in Hindi and local dialects; strong English communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
