Job Description - Program Support Analyst

  • Prepare meeting agendas in consultation with the Program Leads (includes - financial data, recent wins updates, pipeline review, relationship focus so on).
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of portfolio/ account performance status monthly.
  • Ability to analyze and offer program level insights to business from Portfolio Accounts Analysis, Client interviews, surveys, etc.
  • Independently manage projects including stakeholder communications, pipeline management, project prioritization and project delivery
  • Demonstrates an understanding of stakeholders’ priorities and manage accordingly
  • Ability to scope and project manage a business request that needs cross -functional team involvement
  • Conducting thorough secondary research on different companies, sectors, and industries to create specific reports and marketing collaterals
  • Contribute to the account planning workshops by creating pre -read reports, setting up the workshop, take notes, etc.
  • Strong relationship building/relationship management skills as well as ability to develop close working relationship with colleagues

 

Cluster Focus

  • Support the development and execution of client strategies for our key target clusters
  • Support the portfolio managers with opportunity management, relationship building, reporting, and client knowledge.
  • Assist cluster leads with industry specific reporting & communicating trends
  • Identify industry trends, client needs and link our capabilities and marketing programs and point of views (POVs)
  • Understand the firm’s service offerings, and map them with clients’ needs and market trends
  • Build relationships across internal and external ecosystem; and connect with peers, subject matter experts, global counterparts, clients, and vendors to help develop new ideas for the team, and create alliances
  • Develop and optimize the processes relevant to overall portfolio
  • Support the senior members in the team with ad -hoc and recurring requests related to portfolio governance
