Our flagship apps – Khana and Rainbows of Joy – are building a scalable and compassionate model of social giving.

Role Summary

We're hiring a dynamic and driven Programs & Operations Head to own and lead all on-ground and digital activities. This includes coordinating app development, managing volunteers/receivers/donors, HR hiring, launching new pin codes, and scaling operations.

This is a leadership role for someone who wants to build something meaningful from scratch, with full ownership, backed by a clear vision and strong internal support.

Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end execution of our programs: app readiness, launch, expansion
- Coordinate with app developers, testers, HR, volunteers, donors, and receiver teams
- Ensure team accountability, daily tracking, and SOP implementation
- Work closely with the MIS Analyst to analyze breakdowns and fix them with team leads
- Oversee onboarding of volunteers, receivers, field support, and new hires
- Prepare weekly updates and plans for review with the Founder
- Collaborate on awareness and marketing material creation

Ideal Profile

- Tier 1 graduate (IIT/IIM/ISB/NALSAR/TISS/YIF) or equivalent
- 0–3 years experience in operations, startups, CSR, social impact, or consulting
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, process-oriented, and values-driven
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
- Clear communicator with strong execution instincts
- Emotionally intelligent, grounded, and results-oriented
