Project and Design Manager - MEP

The project:

The project involves the design and development of a fully operational data center located in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Manage MEP packages to ensure delivery aligns with Mace standards and project requirements.
• Lead successful delivery of MEP services, overseeing programme, safety, quality, and commissioning.
• Coordinate stakeholders including clients, consultants, and trade contractors to build strong working relationships.
• Control budgets and procurement, driving value engineering and supporting commercial teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Implement strategic priorities such as prefabrication, commissioning, embodied carbon, and operational energy compliance.
• Drive performance and improvement, coaching teams, managing risks, and supporting net zero carbon transition.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical.
• Experience in the relevant field.
