Job Description - Project Assistant

Assist in day -to -day administrative tasks related to street medical projects

Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and records

Support data entry, compilation, and management of patient and outreach data

Coordinate communication between field teams and head office

Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence as required

Track project progress and assist in monitoring timelines and deliverables

Manage filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of information

Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and follow -up actions

Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory documentation standards

Provide logistical and operational support to the Street Medical Officer
