Job Description - Project Consultant

We are looking for passionate and reliable freelancers to support our CSR and social sector projects on a project basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end -to -end impact assessment of CSR projects, including planning, field research, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Develop assessment frameworks, methodologies, sampling plans, and data collection tools aligned with CSR Rules and impact assessment standards.

Coordinate with implementing partners, community stakeholders, and beneficiaries to gather qualitative and quantitative data.

Maintain detailed documentation, evidences, beneficiary lists, and field records as required for audits and compliance.

Provide strategic recommendations to improve project design, scalability, sustainability, and long -term impact.

Manage timelines, deliverables, field coordination, and budgeting for the assessment project.

Collaborate with cross -functional teams, NGO partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Support the creation of communication materials such as case stories, photo documentation, and beneficiary narratives.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Sustainability, or related field.
3–10 years of experience in CSR, development sector evaluation, or impact measurement.
Candidates with certifications in CSR, ESG, or Sustainability Reporting

You can apply if you are from any of these locations mentioned (Chennai, Vellore, Trichy, Thiruvanamalai, Sambhalpur, Pune, Patna, Indore, Jaipur, Visakhapatnam, Rajkot, and Jammu).
Ability to travel to multiple field locations
Strong knowledge of CSR laws & compliance (Companies Act, CSR Rules).
Expertise in project planning, M&E, budgeting, and impact measurement.
Competence in MS Office, reporting tools, and data analysis.
