Project Co-ordinator

• Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
  
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues or risks.
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and facilitate collaboration.
  
• Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  
• Track project expenses and manage budgets in collaboration with project managers.
  
• Support the preparation of project deliverables and ensure compliance with company standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an IT product or service-based environment.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
