Your responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator based on-site in Jaipur, you will manage project timelines, coordinate daily tasks across teams, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders. You will oversee branding, packaging, and social media handling with content posting, collaborating directly with a designer to execute daily tasks. Additionally, you will maintain continuous contact with government officers to keep work smooth and undertake local visits to manage print production. You will track project deliverables, maintain documentation, and support project execution.

What we are looking for

• Demonstrated experience in project coordination or a related project management function

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a 48-hour workweek

• Clear communication skills for daily collaboration with technical teams, designers, and clients

• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and IT service delivery

Your first months at Appentus Technology

You will take on active project tracking, coordinate communication channels across active development streams, and get up to speed with ongoing public sector initiatives. By the end of your three-month probation, you will independently manage project documentation and coordinate deliverables across multiple teams.

Compensation

INR 18,000–30,040 per month
